Email support@analyze.contentine.ai. You can also reach it from inside the app: open your account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Support.

Report a bug

Contentine Analyze is in active beta. If you find a bug or something looks off, use the Report a Bug link in the app footer — the team wants to hear about it.

Useful links

• Billing History — in your account menu, to see past charges and Stripe receipts.
• Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, YouTube Terms, and Google Privacy — in the app footer.
• Free Hook Score — a free tool in the footer for a quick hook score on a YouTube video.

Before you write in

To help support help you quickly, include:

• What you were doing and the video or channel URL (or that it was an upload).
• The exact error message, if any (see Chapter 11).
• Whether you were in Quick Mode or My Keys.

Please don't email your API keys or payment details — support never needs them.
