Email support@analyze.contentine.ai. You can also reach it from inside the app: open your account menu (your name at the bottom of the sidebar) and choose Support.

Report a bug

Contentine Analyze is in active beta. If you find a bug or something looks off, use the Report a Bug link in the app footer — the team wants to hear about it.

Free Hook Score — a free tool in the footer for a quick hook score on a YouTube video.

Before you write in

To help support help you quickly, include:

What you were doing and the video or channel URL (or that it was an upload).
The exact error message, if any (see Chapter 20).
Whether you were in Quick Mode or My Keys.

Please don't email your API keys or payment details — support never needs them.

Creator removal requests

If you made a public video and want an analysis of it removed from a shared surface, email support@analyze.contentine.ai with the link. See Chapter 21.
