For creators
Study the channel you’re losing to — scene by scene.
YouTube Studio explains your own videos. This reads everyone else’s: paste a competitor’s video or their whole channel and get the hook, the pacing and the packaging, moment by moment — then the same read on yours. Every analysis lands in one library you can search.

Fix: introduce a visual “threat” element — show the stakes at 0:04, not 0:21.
Their hook
Score any video’s opening, free
Paste a competitor’s link — clarity, curiosity, pattern interrupts, first-5s power, scored from the footage in about 30 seconds. No account.
Their channel
What the winners have in common
Analyse the whole channel: the channel report, every video’s teardown, and which videos beat the channel’s own baseline. Pro · Agency for outliers.
Your library
Keep it, search it
Every analysis you run — theirs and yours — saved and searchable. “Where do they show the price?” across a whole channel, in one query.
Verify on your own channel
Check the AI’s read before you trust it on theirs
Connect a YouTube channel you own (read-only, revocable) and every report on that channel shows your real audience-retention curve beside the AI Frame Timeline — the biggest drop marked at the same timestamp as the AI’s note. When the two agree on your videos, you know what the same read is worth on a competitor’s, where no curve exists.
- Own channel only — never another creator’s video.
- Read-only YouTube Analytics access, stored encrypted.
- Delete on disconnect — the token goes, access is revoked at Google.
- Not plan-gated — any signed-in user who connects a channel.
Questions people ask
Straight answers
I already have YouTube Studio’s AI feedback. What does this add?
Studio reads your videos. This reads the channel you’re losing to — scene by scene — and keeps everything you look at in one place you can search. Use both.
Can I analyse a competitor’s video?
Yes — any public YouTube video or channel. Every report is an independent AI-generated analysis; a creator can ask for a shared analysis of their video to be removed.
Can I still check my own draft before I publish?
Yes. Upload the cut and you get the same report as for any video, and it sits in your library next to the competitor teardowns you’re measuring it against.
How much does one analysis cost?
Every run shows its estimate before you commit; new accounts start with trial credit and the Hook Score is free without an account.
What is the retention overlay for?
Verification. Connect a channel you own and your real retention curve renders beside the AI’s Frame Timeline on that channel’s videos, so you can see whether viewers left where the AI said the video sags — and calibrate how much to trust the same read on channels you don’t own.
Which plan do I need as a solo creator?
Every plan runs the full report, and the free Hook Score needs no account. Credits cover one-off teardowns; the Solo plan is built for one channel and weekly teardowns. Final prices are shown in the app.
