What does the editor actually receive?

feedback.md — one entry per moment with timestamp, description and the note — plus an images/ folder of the references. It reads like an edit list and works with Claude Code too.

Can we deliver a client-facing PDF?

Yes — PDF report styles include Agency/Client, Internal Team and Investor/Board.
