Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

Beta Service

Contentine Analyze is currently in active beta. Features are under continuous development and may change, and the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Analyses are AI-generated and may contain errors or omissions — please verify anything you rely on. We welcome bug reports and feedback: use the Report a Bug link (in the footer of every page) to tell us what went wrong, and we’ll look into it.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Contentine Analyze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

YouTube Terms of Service

By using Contentine Analyze, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service . Our Service uses the YouTube Data API v3, and your use of features that access YouTube data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy .

Description of Service

Contentine Analyze provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available YouTube video content. The Service uses Google Gemini to generate insights including scene analysis, hook evaluation, pacing assessment, SEO recommendations, and competitive analysis.

Account & Credits

You must create an account to use the Service. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on actual AI processing costs after each analysis. New accounts receive complimentary trial credits for evaluation (the current amount is shown at signup).

You have a single credit balance. All credits — trial credits, purchased credit packs, custom credit amounts, and subscription plan credits — are added to that balance and never expire. Per-analysis pricing may change over time; the exact estimated cost of every analysis is shown for your approval before it runs, and changes never reduce your existing credit balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing → Plans → Manage subscription; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep all credits already delivered. Annual plans deliver a full year of credits upfront on each payment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell credits or account access to others.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Mode

You may optionally provide your own Google Gemini and YouTube Data API keys. When using BYOK mode, your API keys are stored encrypted in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for any usage charges incurred on your own API keys and for complying with Google's API terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or community guidelines
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape our AI prompts or proprietary analysis methodology
  • Abuse the refund system or credit balance through automated or fraudulent means
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of content creators
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
  • Share or redistribute system API keys or access credentials

Collaborative Sessions & User Content

Live collaborative sessions let you invite others to view and annotate an analysis in real time. Anything a participant types, pastes, or shares inside a session (notes, comments, edits) is User Content. You are solely responsible for the User Content you create or share and for whom you invite.

You agree not to use a session to store, share, or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful, or any content you do not have the right to share. We do not pre-screen User Content and act as a neutral host, but we may — at our sole discretion and without notice — remove, revoke, or delete any session or User Content and suspend accounts, particularly when a session is reported or appears to violate these Terms or the law.

Every session provides a Report control so any participant can flag it for review, and owners can delete their sessions and all their contents at any time. To report abuse or submit a copyright/DMCA notice, contact support@analyze.contentine.ai. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contentine is not responsible or liable for User Content created or shared by participants, and you agree to indemnify and hold Contentine harmless from claims arising out of the User Content you share or the people you invite.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its analysis methodology, prompt engineering, and user interface are the intellectual property of BeyondITL. Analysis results generated for your account are licensed to you for your own use. YouTube video content remains the property of its respective creators and rights holders.

We use the outputs of analyses in aggregate, anonymized form to improve Contentine’s benchmarks, category norms, and analysis quality. This aggregate data contains no account information and cannot be traced back to you.

Refunds

Credits are automatically re-credited to your balance when an analysis fails due to server errors. Credits are otherwise non-refundable once delivered; you consent to immediate delivery at purchase and, where applicable, waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for delivered digital content. You may submit a refund request any time from Billing → History (or your plan card); requests are reviewed manually by our team, case by case, and resolved by email. Any refund granted at our discretion is issued net of the non-refundable payment-processing fee, or as platform credits of equivalent value. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program pays commission on purchases made by referred users during their first twelve months — credit packs, custom credits and subscriptions. Commissions mature after a refund window and are reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded or disputed; repeated reversals may suspend an affiliate account. Program rates are shown on the affiliate page and may vary by individual agreement. Self-referrals do not qualify. Cash payouts may require tax documentation (e.g. IRS Form W-9) where legally required.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis output. Analysis results reflect AI interpretation and may contain errors.

Limitation of Liability

BeyondITL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@analyze.contentine.ai. Remaining credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
