Identity is gated, not default
In standard engagements the platform describes appearance, not identity — individuals are never named or matched. Identity capabilities exist only in a separate government mode: agreed in writing, on a documented lawful basis and authorisation, limited to named subjects, with human review of every match. Never enabled by default.
No mass surveillance
We index archives you own — not the public, not social media, not live populations. Untargeted watchlisting and real-time population matching are declined in every contract.
No silent access
Every search, view and export is attributed and logged. Audit is a feature your compliance team owns.
No lock-in
Leave with everything — untouched originals, the full index as readable text, the audit log. Return and deletion are contract terms.
In their default appearance-only configuration, deployments carry no biometric identification, categorisation or emotion inference — keeping them in the EU AI Act’s minimal-risk tier, which matters to multinational and donor-funded programmes. The restricted government identity mode is treated as high-risk processing, scoped per jurisdiction to a lawful basis and the Act’s (or local equivalent’s) requirements, and never used for real-time remote identification in public spaces.

Does our footage leave our premises?
Only on the cloud tier, and we disclose exactly where processing happens. In-country keeps footage and index inside your jurisdiction; the air-gapped tier runs with no internet connection at all. The posture is a contract term, not a preference.
Can it identify people in the footage?
By default, no. In standard engagements the platform describes appearance, not identity — it can find “a man in a red jacket near the gate” without telling you who he is. Identity capabilities are offered only under a separate, restricted government mode: agreed in writing, on a documented lawful basis and authorisation, limited to named subjects, with human review of every match and a full audit trail. It is never enabled by default, and never used for untargeted or mass surveillance.
Which languages does it understand?
Bangla and English are first-class — spoken word, on-screen text, and mixed-language archives. Other languages run through the same engine; tell us what's in your library and we'll scope it honestly.
Which jurisdictions do you deploy in?
Anywhere the three postures fit your law. We maintain regional editions where local language and regulation deserve first-class treatment — Bangladesh today — and scope other jurisdictions on request, including data-residency and transfer requirements.
We already run a media asset manager. Do we have to replace it?
No. The index can sit as a layer beside your MAM — searchable through our console, exportable as sidecar metadata — rather than forcing a rip-and-replace.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You take everything: originals untouched, the full index as readable text, and the audit log. Data return and deletion are contract terms, not negotiations.
How long until our team can search?
A pilot slice is typically searchable within days of receiving footage; a full 1,000-hour pilot completes inside 30 days, including deployment, training, and your team's own test queries.
