One credit is $1 of spending power. You spend credits on analyses — each shows its estimated cost before you run it — and on chat replies and file storage. Every plan includes a set amount of credit each month (Solo $4, Pro $10, Agency $23), and you can top up any time with a one-off credit pack. Credits don’t expire while your account is open.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Top up any time with a one-off credit pack, or move up a plan — your analyses never pause mid-month. Every analysis shows its credit estimate before you run it, so there are no surprises.
What is My Keys (BYOK)?
Using your own Google key for the analysis itself. Keys are encrypted in your browser and never sent to our servers. Available on Pro and Agency.

Can I cancel?
Any time — Billing → Plans → Manage subscription. The plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Credits and plan allowances are digital content delivered instantly; at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right. Failed analyses are refunded automatically; anything else is reviewed by a person.
